These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Azularis website, account features, contact forms, appointment booking, live chat, administrator tools, and mobile application. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

## Permitted use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a request and must keep account credentials confidential.

## Accounts and administrator access

You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Administrator features may expose private customer communications and booking information and must be used only for authorized business purposes. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, its users, or its data.

## Contact messages and live chat

Contact and live-chat tools are provided for ordinary business communication. They are not emergency services and do not guarantee an immediate response. You must not send unlawful, threatening, deceptive, malicious, automated, or repetitive content.

## Appointments

An appointment submission is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after you receive confirmation. Availability may change, and requests may be rescheduled, rejected, or cancelled. You are responsible for providing current contact information and reviewing appointment communications.

## Prohibited conduct

- Attempting to bypass authentication, authorization, submission limits, or security controls.
- Sending spam, excessive messages, excessive bookings, malicious code, or automated traffic.
- Interfering with the service or accessing information you are not authorized to view.
- Copying, scraping, reverse engineering, or exploiting the service except where the law expressly permits it.
- Using the service to violate another person's rights or any applicable law.

The website, application, software, design, and published content are owned by Azularis or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in content you submit, but grant us permission to process it as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

## Availability and third-party services

The service may depend on hosting, email, authentication, storage, mapping, monitoring, and push-notification providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may change, suspend, or discontinue features.

## Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that cannot reasonably be provided for an internet service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azularis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by unauthorized use, outages, delayed communications, or third-party services.

## Changes, severability, and governing law
